TEAM BUILDING
Team Building program is designed for companies, organizations and sports clubs. Professional guides and animators will present you programs that are appropriate for all kinds of services. Programs are divided to indoor and outdoor situations which interactively animate all participants in resolving various imposed tasks trough creativity and thinking. Every program is based on several smaller programs which are interconnected. The final aim is defining the problem and solving it successfully, improving the interpersonal relationships, discovering individual talents and capabilities, and also adjusting them in order to fulfil the aim. Through programs that last one, two or three days, in various tourist destinations in SCG, participants are taken through different situations, challenges and experiences based on tasks which are building the sense of public spirit and emphasize both values of the group and the individual.

Our mission is to make a professional team of people who will be able to through their knowledge and work make a system of offer and demand , and to organize adventurous sports and adventurous tourism. Through complete care and professional- friendly relationship with their participants, investors, business partners and sponsors, every individual as well as the team will make a contribution to the image of the company and quality of the brand, in the same time defining the image of SCG as a adventurous tourist destination.

Our vision unites people and places where our club, company and mission will found principles of the adventurous spirit in SCG , in sports and tourism, so we could finally enrich our tourist offer of adventurous tourism and build a recognizable image of a well known tourist destination. Our ultimate vision for future is SCG as a European park of nature and tourism.
