ABOUT AMA DABLAM

Ama Dablam (6856m) is located in central part of the Kumbu region, about 20km south of Mt. Everest. It presents a true challenge for experienced alpinists.
This is one of the most beautiful Himalayan mountains, and also the most frequently photographed.
Precondition for climbing this Himalayan summit is a good physical and psychological preparation, and also a previous experience with summits over 5000m high. It is also necessary to be familiar with the  climbing equipment and techniques for using that equipment in winter conditions.
Most alpinists who were fortunate to climb this summit, claim that that was an experience of a lifetime.
