Alpinism is a wonderful sport, because everyday life can be quite boring. When you stand on the top of a high mountain, you can feel that you are so high above the sea level, and even higher above your everyday life. That is what it feels like to be on Elbrus(5642m) on mountain Kavkaz (Caucasus), and especially on the Himalayas, on Island Peak (6189m), and to see with your own eyes how the Earth relly is round.

In winter conditions she climbed: Kom Vasojevica (2461m), Bobotov Kuk (2523m) and Medjed (2287m) on mountain Durmitor, and in summer conditions:
Cernejeva(IV-) and Prvomajski (IV) in Gornjacka gorge, and also several routes in Ovcar banja.

Until now, her greatest success is Cho Oyu 8201m, sixth highest summit in the World. She climbed it 01st October 2006 and became the first Serbian lady in history to climb the summit above 8000m. The following year she climbed Mt. Everest and became the first woman from Serbia who climbed the highest summit on the Earth.

I was born in Nis, but since 1989. I live in Belgrade. I have always been interested in sports, so I took part in many different sport activities. In 1998, I became very interested in mountaineering and free climbing. Soon after, I realize that in order to achieve great success, a good organization, logistics, and marketing are required, so I start studying web design. I am thrilled with the ideas, enthusiasm, and great organization of the EST, and very honoured to be given a chance to give my humble contribution to this web site.

I will try to keep you informed about all EST expeditions, so you can feel as a member of the team. In my opinion, an information is valid only if it is delivered quickly, so I’ll try to keep you updated.
